Maple Access Partnership is committed in its ethos to support and protect vulnerable and excluded patients. As such they have an on-site mental health team and a team of community health workers and are the only PMS practice in the county with special interests.
The practice offers support for substance misuse and outreach and advocacy for vulnerable patients, as well as being one of very few practices that cater for patients with no fixed abode.
The team focus on making a difference and developing skills with complex patients, the result of which is that both the staff team and the patients have developed a strong sense of community.
The practice can offer a range of flexible working practices to suit GPs. Full and part time positions are available, condensed hours can be offered and remote working can be considered too. Full medical indemnity is included as is occupational health cover and the supportive team always ensure that the workload is manageable.
